- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve on hoagie rolls.
