This is a hearty slow cooker cajun potato soup packed with flavor.

- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Add diced potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Stir in cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once potatoes are tender, mash some of them for a creamy texture.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
