- Tomato puree: 1 cup (240 ml)
- Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
- Garam masala: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Fresh cilantro: for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper, and optionally with yogurt and garam masala for at least 30 minutes.
