Description
A hearty and spicy buffalo chicken chili made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, beans, tomatoes, corn, buffalo sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
- Serve with toppings like cheese, sour cream, or green onions.
