Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, beans, tomatoes, corn, buffalo sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
