Tender slow cooker brisket with rich balsamic onion gravy.
Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, beef broth, garlic, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the brisket in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Remove brisket and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with gravy from the slow cooker.
Notes
- For best results, use a well-marbled brisket.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Pair with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
