A delicious twist on classic sloppy joes with gooey grilled cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer cheese and sloppy joe mixture.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Use your favorite cheese for extra flavor.
