Delicious grilled burritos filled with sloppy joe mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- On each tortilla, place a portion of the beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- Grill the burritos on a pan or grill until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add toppings like sour cream or jalapenos.
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter option.
- These can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
