Description

Deliciously messy grilled burritos filled with sloppy joe mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
  4. Add sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spoon the sloppy joe mixture in the center.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
  8. Grill each burrito on medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
