Description
Deliciously messy grilled burritos filled with sloppy joe mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Add sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon the sloppy joe mixture in the center.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- Grill each burrito on medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream or salsa.
- Adjust spice levels by adding hot sauce.
- Can use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
