Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Pour in low-fat milk and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat.
