Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, fajita seasoning, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak to the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from the griddle and let it rest before slicing.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the griddle and sauté until tender.
- Slice the steak and combine with the sautéed vegetables.
- Warm the flour tortillas on the griddle.
- Serve the fajitas with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

- For extra flavor, add garlic or jalapeños to the vegetable mix.
- Use chicken or shrimp as an alternative protein.
