Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  2. Preheat the blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated steak to the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from the griddle and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the griddle and sauté until tender.
  6. Slice the steak and combine with the sautéed vegetables.
  7. Warm the flour tortillas on the griddle.
