Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Press it flat.
  7. Create dimples in the dough with your fingers.
  8. Sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool before slicing and serving.
