Description
A classic shrimp scampi recipe with garlic and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp mixture with drained pasta.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust garlic and lemon to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
