- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken if preferred.
- Add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
