Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional Parmesan if desired.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
