Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, cooking until pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked pasta.
- Add shrimp and garlic mixture to the pasta, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs and extra Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
