Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.

- Use fresh shrimp for better flavor.
- Adjust sauces to taste.
