Description

A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
  5. Fold in chopped shrimp and dill.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
