Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced

  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions

  1. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink and cooked through.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix chili powder, salt, and pepper.
