Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
