A simple and delicious sheet pan teriyaki chicken with pineapple.

- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
