- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- On a baking sheet, arrange taco shells.
- Fill each shell with beef, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and onions.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
