- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet.
- Arrange taco shells on a sheet pan.
- Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove and add tomatoes and lettuce before serving.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
