Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet.
  4. Arrange taco shells on a sheet pan.
  5. Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove and add tomatoes and lettuce before serving.
  9. Serve with sour cream on the side.
