- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/2 cup salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet pan.
- Spread taco sauce evenly over the dough.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning, and mix well.
- Spread the seasoned beef over the pizza.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and olives on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over all the toppings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
