  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet pan.
  3. Spread taco sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Cook ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning, and mix well.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef over the pizza.
  6. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and olives on top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all the toppings.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with green onions before serving.
