- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through.
