- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add sausage to the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to use different types of sausage.
- You can add more vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
