Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the center of the pan.
- Arrange the mixed vegetables around the salmon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and vegetables.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
- Add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

- Feel free to use any seasonal vegetables.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side of rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
