- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced potatoes and toss to coat.
- Place the pork chops on a sheet pan and surround them with the seasoned potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
