- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- Adjust the spice level with more or fewer jalapeños.
