A simple and delicious recipe for sheet pan maple dijon glazed salmon.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange lemon slices and asparagus around the salmon on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
- Adjust the glaze ingredients to taste.
- Substitute vegetables as desired.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
