- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs on a sheet pan and brush the honey mustard mixture on top.
- Add the halved baby potatoes and green beans around the chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
