Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl.
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, spinach, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares.
