- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
