Description

A delicious layered dessert inspired by the classic shamrock shake.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup of crushed mint candies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped cream, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix well.
  3. In a baking dish, layer chocolate graham crackers, followed by the cream mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed mint candies on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the mint extract to taste.
  • Use non-dairy whipped cream for a vegan version.
