Description
A delicious layered dessert inspired by the classic shamrock shake.
Ingredients

- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of mint extract
- Green food coloring
- 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup of crushed mint candies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the whipped cream, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer chocolate graham crackers, followed by the cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed mint candies on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the mint extract to taste.
- Use non-dairy whipped cream for a vegan version.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
