Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring.
- Mix in powdered sugar and nuts (if using).
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container.
- Try adding crushed candy canes for extra flavor.
