- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp mint extract
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until you achieve desired color.
- Transfer the mixture to serving bowls or cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

- Adjust mint extract to taste.
