Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat mixed vegetables in a pan for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked noodles and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- You can add protein like chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the sauce ingredients to your taste.
