Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Consume within one week for best freshness.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
