Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
