  • 1 tablespoon dried sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the turkey from packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
