- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
