Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 cup mussels, cleaned
- 4 cups seafood broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until transparent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the seafood broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp, fish, and mussels; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
