  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until transparent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the seafood broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add shrimp, fish, and mussels; simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
