Description
A refreshing seafood pasta salad perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 cup shrimp, cooked
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
