Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mash and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the seafood mixture.
  6. Garnish with chives.
  7. Chill before serving.
