A delicious seafood lasagna made with creamy cheese and fresh seafood.
Ingredients

			- 9 lasagna noodles
 - 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 2 cups scallops
 - 2 cups ricotta cheese
 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 - 3 cups spinach, fresh
 - 2 cups heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
 - In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
 - Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until opaque.
 - Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
 - In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
 - Layer in a baking dish: noodles, seafood mixture, cheese mixture, and cream.
 - Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining cream.
 - Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
 
Notes
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
 - Feel free to add other seafood like crab or lobster.
