A creamy and flavorful seafood bisque served in a bowl.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in seafood stock and tomato paste.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and paprika. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can be served with crusty bread.
