Description
Delicious blueberry cream cheese bars with a rich crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and granulated sugar.
- Add softened butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Evenly scatter blueberries on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- For a tart flavor, add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
