A simple recipe for making school cafeteria-style pizza at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Place it in a greased bowl and cover.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
- Use any toppings you prefer.
- For a crispier crust, bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
