Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the potato slices in the dish.
- Mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Add half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers with the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slicing.
- Adjust cheese types as desired.
- Let leftovers cool before storing.
