Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices in the dish.
  4. Mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Add half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat layers with the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.
  8. Bake for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
