Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, milk, cream, and melted butter.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir into corn mixture.
- Fold in shredded cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden.

- Use fresh or frozen corn.
- Adjust cheese type to your preference.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
