Ingredients
- Large mushrooms: 12-15 (stems removed)
- Cream cheese: 8 oz (softened)

- Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped mushroom stems for 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sautéed mixture, parsley, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy filling, mounding it slightly over the edges.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, sprinkle with extra breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown.
