  • Olive oil: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon: One lemon, halved
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Remove the chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the herb marinade.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin, and squeeze half a lemon over it.
