Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  3. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.

  5. Add vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
  7. Cook for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  8. Fluff with a fork before serving.
